Depends on the job — there's no flat rate. Land clearing runs anywhere from $1,500/acre for light brush to $6,000+/acre for thick timber with stumps. Site prep, ponds and excavation are bid by the scope. We give you a free, written, one-page bid so you can compare apples to apples.
Usually within 1–3 weeks for standard jobs, faster for emergencies. We don't take a job we can't actually start on time — if our calendar's tight, we'll tell you straight up instead of stringing you along.
Nope. Site walks are free anywhere in our coverage area (DFW + Hunt County). No hidden trip fees, no "call for pricing," no consultation charges.
Yes — general liability and workers' comp coverage on every job. We send the certificate of insurance before we show up. Ask us for it; we like proving it.
We own our fleet: tracked excavators (mini up to full-size), bulldozers, skid steers, forestry mulchers, dump trucks and a low-boy to move it all. The right machine shows up for the job — no rented equipment surprises.
Yes. Whatever we tear out, we haul off — unless you want to keep firewood or fill. It's quoted in the bid so there are no surprise dump fees.
