Our story.
Family-owned, Caddo Mills-based, and dirt-tested. A short version of how B Squared got here.
Show up. Dig.
Don’t lie.
Two brothers, a track hoe, and a phone number. That’s how B Squared started in 2019, and outside of a much bigger equipment yard, not much has changed.
We bid the job we’ll do. We start when we say we’ll start. We don’t ghost halfway through to chase a bigger payday. That’s the whole pitch — and it’s why most of our calls come from someone who saw us run a job for their neighbor.
- Owner-operated
Talk to the person in the cab — not a dispatcher in another state.
- Licensed & insured
Fully covered general liability and workers’ comp on every job.
- No subbing critical work
The dirt work is ours, period. We don’t farm out the things you hired us for.
Who you’re hiring.
B Squared runs on the same hands that started it. Jeff Isham — COO and a founding partner — spent 16 years as a lineman for a local power company before he bought his first piece of equipment and started doing dirt work. One machine and a phone number has grown into a full fleet, but the idea never changed: run an honest company, take care of people, do the work right.
Jeff and his wife Brandi have raised their family in Hunt County — three boys, all deep in sports, so most weekends run between a baseball diamond and a football field. He’s local, he’s invested, and when you hire B Squared, he’s the person standing on your dirt.
Who’s on the call.
The senior team came up through the field, not the corner office. The people in the photos on this page have personally run the equipment, walked the dirt, or priced the work.

Jeff Isham
COO & Founding PartnerSpent 16 years as a lineman for a local power company before he bought his first piece of equipment and started doing dirt work. Founded B Squared in 2019 and still runs the day-to-day across every yard. If your job is on a B Squared trailer, Jeff is the person standing on your dirt.

Trey Bennett
CEO & Founding PartnerSets the direction. Owns strategy, growth, and the long-term shape of the business across the family of companies — and stays out of the day-to-day so the operators can run the work.

Scott Schranck
Chief Financial OfficerRuns finance and accounting — billings, payroll, and equipment financing on the owned fleet. Keeps the books straight so the iron can keep running and every bid we send is one we can stand behind.

Brandon Darter
Senior EstimatorWalks the site, reads the plans, and prices the work. Most of what crosses his desk is residential pads, commercial site prep, and ROW — the kind of bids you can compare line-by-line and trust the number on the bottom.
The right machine for the job. Always.
We own our fleet — track hoes, skid steers, dozers, dump trucks, forestry mulchers and a low-boy to move it all. No rentals showing up late. No “we’ll have to sub that out.”
Three steps. No surprises.
It’s not complicated. We don’t pretend it is.
Walk the site
We come out, walk the dirt with you, and ask the right questions. Free, no obligation.
Honest bid
One page. Plain English. Line items you can compare. No "call for pricing."
Dig & deliver
We show up when we said we would. We don’t leave until it’s right.
