Proper equipment.

You’re running newer iron that’s maintained. We don’t ask crew to nurse broken machines or run unsafe rigs to hit a deadline.

Training paid for.

CDL upgrades, OSHA-30, competent person certs, equipment-school enrollment — paid by the company, not deducted from your check.

Per diem & travel.

Per diem on out-of-town work, paid travel time, lodging covered when the job is too far to commute. We don’t ask crew to subsidize the company.

Laborer to foreman.

Most of our field leaders started on the ground. The path is straightforward: show up, learn the iron, earn the tickets. We pay for the training that gets you there.

  • Laborer → Operator: seat time, equipment school, paid by B Squared
  • Operator → Crew Lead: OSHA-30, competent-person training, paid time
  • Crew Lead → Site Foreman: project-management training, mentorship
  • Site Foreman → Superintendent: P&L coaching, multi-job oversight
  • CDL-A upgrades reimbursed, safety certs paid, schooling enrollment paid
